Yes, The Haunted Hotel uses off duty police officers for security. We seldom, if ever, have problems that require security, but your safety is our priority!

Yes, we do not allow foul language, pushing, fighting, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, etc.

Waiting times will vary depending on the day and time. To avoid the wait it is best to buy a VIP ticket online. Tickets are also available at the box office the day of the show, cash only.
